Winter Season - November through February

Summer Season - May 10 through Labor Day
NOTE: When booking a 7 night reservation, the 7th night is free. (7th night free does not apply in July)

Absolutely no pets allowed. All units are non-smoking. Maximum occupancies are enforced. Must be 25 or older to book reservation and check in.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to local and state tax. (approx 16%)
A 2-night minimum stay is required on all reservations other than holidays, which require 3 nights.

A deposit of the first night’s stay plus tax is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit may be put on credit card or sent by check. Checks must be received within 5 days after making your reservation. Specific room requests can be taken, but cannot be guaranteed
A cancellation notice is required 5 days prior to your arrival date to qualify for a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.

Upon arrival we honor Visa, MasterCard, Travelers Checks, Discover, American Express, cash, and Personal Checks, with a valid drivers license.
A $500 deposit is required for monthly and long-term rentals. A 60-day notice of cancellation is required for monthly bookings to receive a refund of deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
